Chi Gong, Breath & Meditation
Begin the day with Chi Gong (Qi Gong) movement, a series of slow, flowing movements designed to awaken the body, circulate energy, and calm the nervous system. This is followed by guided breathwork to deepen presence, release tension, and open the heart, and then a grounding meditation to integrate the practice, settle the mind, and set a clear, intentional tone for the day.
